1. Cancellations by the Customer
- 30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund of all payments made.
- 15 to 29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
2. No‑Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your tour without prior written notice, the booking will be treated as a no‑show and you will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Changes to Your Booking
We understand that adjustments may be needed.
- Notify us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to change your travel dates, itinerary, or number of travelers.
- All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- We will confirm any cost adjustments with you before proceeding.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, or other force majeure events — Unique Morocco Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours.
- You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for alternative dates.
- We will work with you to find the most suitable alternative arrangements.
5. Refund Process
- All refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
