Cancellation Policy for Unique Morocco Tours
At Unique Morocco Tours, we understand that plans can change. Below are the terms for cancellations:
- Cancellations by the Customer
- 30 days or more before the tour: Full refund.
- 15 to 29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
- No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up for your tour without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Changes to Booking
- If you need to change your booking (e.g., change of tour date or number of people), please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Unique Morocco Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.
