AGREEMENT

By booking a tour with Unique Morocco Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unique Morocco Tours.

BOOKING

To book a tour with Unique Morocco Tours, you must complete the booking form and provide all necessary information accurately. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Once we receive your inquiries, one of our team members will start assisting you in building a pleasant tour itinerary tailored to your needs and personal preferences within 24 hours.

PAYMENT

Payment for the tour can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or any other method specified by us. Full payment is typically required prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make timely payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

a. Cancellation by the Client:

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the tour start date, you may be entitled to a partial refund, subject to any non-refundable fees as determined by us.
If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the tour start date, you may not be entitled to any refund.

b. Cancellation by Unique Morocco Tours:

In the event that Unique Morocco Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or any other valid reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal belongings, and any other related risks during your tour.

ITINERARY CHANGES

While we will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon itinerary, it may be necessary to make changes due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures, or force majeure events. We reserves the right to modify the itinerary as deemed necessary.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate in the tour activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Unique Morocco Tours prior to booking. Unique Morocco Tours reserves the right to deny participation or exclude any individual from the tour if their health or behavior jeopardizes the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of others.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While Unique Morocco Tours will take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety and satisfaction during the tour, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third party, force majeure events, or any other events beyond our control.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or, if necessary, to the appropriate courts of Morocco.
